I would seriously check out this sulphur dip because I have never heard of it and unless you know someone that has used it and had a successful outcome with it be leary. It is cheaper to get the right remedy and give it once then to keep trying things you are unsure of, adding up to much more money and aggravation in the end. My cat has never had this problem so I can not give you any direct advice. I have had many other occassions to medicate Tilly.
