Crystal, I think this might be a bit much for a 3 month old kitten. It sounds like the vet did bathe him and probably used a medicated shampoo. But at 3 months the kind of dip you suggested could be very dangerous as could the Program.

Ringworm can be very difficult to get rid of, but if the initial meds aren't working, then checking with the vet for a change is the best solution. The most important thing with ringworm is to be fastidiously clean and wash your hands thoroughly after contact with the kitten.
