The cat is sick and came with some medicine. That cat seems to be on the road to recovery. The problem is my one year old cat stopped eating and started to vomit three days ago. Besides a slight lethargy there don't seem to be any other symptoms. She has vomitted once or twice a day. My question is when does this become serious enough that I should be thinking about a vet visit? I only like to use the vet when it is something serious. Could this be a reaction to having a new cat around? Anything else I should be looking for? Sorry if this is really basic, but I am somewhat inexperienced in cat health. Thanks for any and all input.
