I discovered this morning that my cat has this reddish/bloody sore spot on the baldish spot under her ear. She doesn't get that upset when I touched near it. She plays a lot with my other cat, but its not a scratch, its like a round sore which I can't imagine was a result of my other cat. And I'm pretty sure it appeared overnight, because its red on a white area of skin and I didn't see it yesterday.

My question is - should I just wait and see if it gets better or should I take her to the vet?
