Posted by: karinzak at Sat Aug 6 10:45:31 2005 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by karinzak ] Several days ago, one of my cats, Lucy, a shy 3-year-old who is distrustful of people (I got her as a stray, she belonged to a woman who locked her in the garage and let her three sons terrorize her) fell in a vat of motor oil that was left outside uncovered by one of my neighbors. We washed her as well as we could, but her tummy and legs still look greasy, even though they're dry. She will not eat or drink anything, and she is hiding in the long drainage pipe under our driveway. We keep going outside to talk to her and offer her water, milk, cat food, and tuna (her favorite), but she only stares at us and meows pitifully. I don't know what to do. Please help! She is like one of the family and I just want her to be okay. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
