Hi Allison!
Any sudden change in urination behaviour should be examined by a vet. He might have a UTI (infection in his bladder) which causes him to pee and not being able to control it all the time. Even if he seems otherwise healthy to you, he still might have a problem.
It might be stress related, but even so, stress can actually lead to physical problems in cats, espcially problems with the urinary tract. So, please, get an appointment for him for a urinalysis to be done.
