An inch sized abcess (probably) under a 7 weeks old chin - that is huge! She can get severely infected when this gets into her blood stream. If it is open and wet, bacteria can spread and the other kittens can get infections as well. Please don't take chances and try to find someone willing to drive you, or try and find a vet who does house calls. Call around. Good luck!
