Hi There,

This is actually not unusual in a 6 month old cat. It does look very odd, though, especially if you haven't seen it before! If the "baby fangs" don't fall out by themselves, they may have to be removed by your vet. They usually come out easily. You may end up finding the baby teeth around the house, or, most likely, your kitty will swallow them.

The fangs are the last of the adult teeth to come in.
