Eddie leaked in his sleep, too. Actually, he pretty much leaked all the time. Not much, just a drip here and there, but enough to notice. As soon as we got him on the proper dosage of medicine he stopped leaking and began gaining weight.

And, yes, he is fine now.

Another thing I've noticed is that when he's sleeping in my lap, his little abdomen kind of contracts and spasms, and then he leaks - I was going to ask my vet about an antispasmodic, thinking maybe it's a spastic colon type thing. Did your cat recover after taking the pancreas medicine for a year?
