A vet visit is definately in order. To help her in the meantime, try putting her in teh bathroom with a hot shower running, or get a hot steamer to run in there and let her spend a half hour in there twice a day or so. BE CAREFUL with a steamer though make sure it is 100% out of her reach as it could hurt her. You can also give her l-lysine at about 250 mg per day. It is a supplement that can help if it is a viral infection. Make sure she is eating and drinking. this is so importatnt, and sometimes they stop when they are feeling sick. These things can help, but please take her to the vet. She may need antibiotics if it is a bacterial infection.
