That poor baby is certainly in pain with something. I am surprised the vets haven't ordered up a urine culture which can determine more things than a simple urine analysis.

Is there a feline specialist vet in your area? This would be a good place to start with a new vet - and it does sound like you need one.

Good luck to you. I hope you can find out what's going on soon.
