I am not sure that I can be of much help but when I had to give one of my cats pills, he would do the same thing. I found that he really liked small pieces of cheese as treats so I would hide the pill in the cheese and I could get him to eat it. I would also give him a small piece of cheese now and then even when he didn't need medicine. Since she is being very picky about eating, maybe you can find something that she really likes and try that. Otherwise liquids may be the only alternative. I really didn't have that choice with mine - he was part wild bobcat so going near him with anything to force into his mouth was a huge no-no.
