hey guys i really need a bit of advice



I have a kitten that has runny stools and a sore red bum. He can't hold the stools in and sometimes just leaks. I have been washing his bum and legs by dipping him into warm water but he cries.



He is now not wanting to sit on his bum so kind of sleeps half standing. There is no blood and it is sometimes semi solid.



Please can anyone give me advice it would be very very much appreciated.
