Hi There,
While I was out running errands today, I picked up a bottle of Mop N Glow hoping to find a list of what they put in the stuff, but there was nothing. However, there was a warning to keep the product away from children so it isn't non-toxic.
With cats, to be absolutely safe, I assume that everything out there is toxic unless I know otherwise. It's just not worth the risk.
It's always best to let the area you are cleaning dry before allowing an animal to walk on it. If this kind of thing should happen again, rinse the cat's feet off very well and look for any signs of poisoning, such as excess salivation, vomiting, or twitching.
Take care, PHKitkat
