i took my cat in to the vet about a month ago for a sore on his lip. it was red & swollen & felt like a scab (hard & crusty) but there wasn't one to speak of. he's had a history of fighting with spiders & losing, so i thought he got bitten again. when the vet looked at him he said it's probably what's nicknamed a rodent ulcer. i looked it up in a few places, just so i'd have an idea what i'm up against, & it seems to vary a lot between animals. anyone had any experience with this?
