He really had deteriorated overnight and could not stand. He also has alot of tremors asleep or awake. His eyes were glazed and he did not respond to his name. The vet said he was in acute renal failure and probably had an embolus. He had no urine output overnight. His creatine level was 22 and his K And phosphate were high.
