hi there, im new to the cat forums, usually in the bearded dragon forums...



anyways my fiance and I are owners of 2 cats, the oldest being 3-4 yrs old.



the older cat just seems to poop and pee in the same area at the bottom of the stairs all the time. we have 2 litter boxes and always keep them clean. we used to have their food and litter boxes near each other but have since moved the food to see if this would help. i dont understand why this cat always does this. shes pooping in that spot at least 3 times a day. its getting ridiculous. and now i cant seem to get the ammonia smell out of the carpet.



the younger cat was no problem until a few weeks ago. all of sudden she started pooping in the same spot as the other cat and its bloody. shes also constantly throwing up everywhere. she eats and then throws up a little bit later. she eats dry food and now we are mixing in some wet food with it. i just dont get why shes puking....my fiance has her in the vet right now as i post this....maybe we will get our answers



anyways both of our cats are indoor cats, they never get outdoor.
