Recently I noticed a lump on my 17-year old cat Morgan. It is a bit smaller than a dime, very firm, and around it are smaller bumps (that look like goosebumps do). When I was examining it he didn't put up a fuss even when I pressed on it gently, so whatever it is isn't hurting him right now. However, when I pressed it it began to smell like rotten cheese. I also noticed some black bumps as well but the rest of the bumps (including the big one) are just pink.

He is otherwise quite healthy and acting normal.

I don't have the money to take him to the vet right now (my dad won't help me on this as he sees Morgan as an older cat and probably not worth it)so I could use some advice.
