Hi There,

It would be easier to put these hairball "remedies" in some tasty food, but there is no guarantee that your cat will eat it. I wouldn't pour any powder straight into a cat's mouth......unless something is specifically formulated to be given that way, it isn't going to be helpful, and cannot be too pleasant for the cat besides.

I'm not big on anything that is supposed to prevent hairball formation anyway, other than regular grooming. In my multicat household, regular brushing is the only thing that has really helped.
