FLAT FEET?

One of my cats seems to have, for the lack of a better description, "flat feet" on her front legs. Instead of walking on her toes, as most cats do, her feet touch the ground all the way up to what would be the hock on the back legs.

This is only on the front, however. I don't think there is any pain. She is overweight, but losing, and otherwise healthy at 11 years. Frankly, I cannot remember if she always walked like this and I am just now noticing it, or if this is new.
