To make them stay indoor cats you just have to make them stay inside. All of my experience with cats has been they all want out. Even the two that I raised by hand and had never seen the outdoors before. Kitties are just curious and always want to see what's out there. But keep them inside, try not to let them sneek out, and they'll forget that it is so interesting out there.
