I have 17 cats ranging in age from 18 to 2 and when the little ones were kits, they preferred everything but kitten chow and of course the big cats wanted the kitten chow. I eventually gave up. I now have a selection of kitten chow, Iams hairball, Friskies Original and Science Senior and no one seems to be starving. They are free fed the dry in several difference feeding stations, so they do have to wander about to get a little of all. All get 1/3 a can of Friskies every morning for breakfast.
