She is a darling. Kitty is right, it may very well be that she is just to little to get there when she needs to. Baby cats do go in their bedding area when they are quite small and with their Mom cat so it might be she just doesn't see the problem. You are her Mommy now. I would keep her in the bathroom when you go to sleep but let her lay on the bed with you and if you see her sniffing around pick her up and take her to her box before sleep time. If she goes there, praise her lots and take her back to the bed to cuddle and play before bedtime.
