Although she is 4 weeks old, she should be much bigger. Vet said she's been backed up for some time. They administered fluids, and gave her enemas to clean her out. They WERE successful in getting the HUGE piece of poop out, but the Vet told me that if she doesn't do well within in the next day or so, it's quite possible she has Megacolon (a congenital defect).

I am so sorry to hear that she is having problems. Let's keep her in our prayers that she starts going on her own. I've seen some websites where they actually recommend canned pumpkin to keep the tummies working, but it may be for older kittens. Let's hope she makes it through.
