rescue kitten's ears

I have a kitten that was rescued about a week ago. It appears to be 4 or 5 weeks old. The tip of just one of its ears droops a little (just the tip). I have not seen this before. What caused this and why just one ear? I don't see any injury or anything. Thanks. Jan Cole, janelcole@yahoo.com
