9 wk old kitten questions

I'm a first time kitten owner. I just got him (his name is Happy Cat) a few days ago. He doesn't seem to be eating his food, and not 100% sure about him drinking. I got him Taste of the Wild. I really liked there dog food formula for my dogs...

Also what's the best way to intoduce him to my dogs?

He's getting fixed in 2 weeks, anything I should ask the vet??
