Posted by: Chatanuga at Thu Aug 12 11:36:56 2010 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Chatanuga ] Over the past couple days, I've been looking at Maine Coon breeders to look into getting a new kitten when the time is right since I lost my Chessie last Saturday. While I was able to successfully move Casey in with Chessie and myself three years ago (three days after he moved in, they were eating together in the kitchen), I got to thinking about one small issue. How should I handle the adult and kitten food for the two of them when I decide to adopt a kitten. When I brought Casey home, it was easy since Chessie was still on kitten food. Casey's been on adult food for a long while now, and with his sensitive stomach, I don't want him getting into kitten food and making himself sick. At the same time, I don't want to have a kitten not able to access its kitten food outside of it's personal spot that I'll have set up for it.
