Isn't that the truth! The minute the nights start to get cool Emily and Eddie are falling all over themselves to be not just WITH me, but ON me.
Both Emily and Eddie are shoulder sitters, which is fine, but Eddie also is a leaper. If he wants to be on my shoulder he jumps--regardless of where I am, what I'm doing, or--worst of all--if I know he's coming. Depending on all of the above and where his leap begins, he may or may not arrive at my shoulder on the first try.
The other day I decided I was chilly and started to pull a sweatshirt over the turtleneck I had on. I had the thing over my head and my arms in the air and, all of a sudden, there was Eddie hanging off my back. Fortunately, he'd managed to snag the bottom of the sweatshirt--a little more between me and his claws than there would have been if he'd hit the turtleneck instead.
All I can say is it's a good thing for him that I'm used to this by now. And, it's a good thing for me that he only weighs 7 pounds...
Tonks. Ya gotta love them!

>>I'm still here and Liat is still outsmarting me. In addition, as the weather has turned, the snuggle level has increased dramatically. >>----- >>Terry, confused human companion of Liat.
