Hi there...and congrats on Rigby...

Yes, Tonks get hairballs, but not as much as some other cats, Bentley is a little over two and I think he has only yacked up maybe 3. The kittens 8 mos, and 6mos have never had one yet.

I have also found Tonks to eat and play with some of the strangest things...read my last thread and you will see the characters I have here...all of mine prefer seem to prefer one single thing and they are all different...

And as far as Tonks go...the breed is a very social one...they crave attention and companionship. Do they NEED another Tonk...no, but before I got my kittens to keep Bentley company he was very needy and clingy. So, it's up to you...but as far as space goes, two really don't take up much room...it is just double the food and vet expense though...

Here are a few pics of how mine really love each other and enjoy being around one another (which took a few days each time I introduced one into the house)
