I'm sending lots of good thoughts to Finster. Please keep us posted on how he is doing.

Carol, Emily, & Eddie

>>Finster my 7 1/2 month old kitten has been at the vet's since Monday...he has some kind of obstruction in his colon...we've tried everything short of surgery and so far no luck...today was more x-rays this time with barium which travelled nicely through his system until it hit the colon...we are hoping that some laxatives and maybe another enima might loosen things up by tomorrow morning enough for this to pass...x-ray does not show an actual obstruction...but the barium is hinting in that direction...
>>
>>anyway...it has been 4 days of vomiting, not eating, dehydrating, and now losing some weight...tomorrow may be surgery...
>>
>>His spirits are good, he's purring like a truck...and aside from this is a very healthy cat...so I'm certain this will all work out ok...but...the more good thoughts the better...
>>
>>Here's a pic of the little guy...
