Was there ever any question? I have never known a cat that wasn't in charge. If I don't top off the water bowl daily, I catch all kinds of you know what.

By the way, how much water does a cat normally drink. Past cats have always shared a bowl with dogs, so I have no idea. Liat seems to drink an awful lot of water for a small cat.
