Sina was spayed at 7 months. I was a nervous wreck about it, but when I picked her up from the vet he said she was up and walking around very soon after the surgery. When I took her home she was still a bit doped up so I left her in the carrier when I went to work (I didn't want her to fall off the bed or something and get hurt). By the time I got back from work the drugs had worn off and she was back to her old self. Up and bouncing around, you would never know she had just gotten spayed! Her incision healed really fast and now I can't even see a scar. In short, it seemed a whole lot more scary than it actually was.
