Tonkinese are known as a very talkative breed. Do your kitties talk? Do they have different types of vocalization?

My aunt used to have a shelter cat that was the loudest cat I have ever met (well, except my mom's Cornish Rex who is deaf and thus can't hear herself!) and talked constantly. I thought that was the norm for "talkative breeds."

Sina definitely talks, but has a much softer voice. When she was little I used to call her "maow maow" because that is what her voice sounds like! Its almost like a kitty version of mumbling- she doesn't do the full "meow" just something a bit softer.

Then the other day there was a bird outside the window and Sina was watching him and chattering at him! It was a really weird noise, very low and not very loud. It was actually very funny!
