Oh Terry,
I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I have so much enjoyed reading your stories about Liat's exploits and her sassy little attitude. I hope that you can take comfort in knowing that you gave her a wonderful, happy life--even though she was way too young to go to the bridge.
Please know that you are in my thoughts. And please give Dulcie a special hug from me.
Carol
>>I write today with a heavy heart and soul. Yesterday we lost Liat. We are not sure what the cause was because it developed so rapidly. She was my first house cat and I will miss her tremendously. >> >>I will remember her with attitude to the end. I took her to the vet yesterday morning. The vet took blood and brought her back to the exam room, then went to process the sample. Weak as she was, she stood up, looked my right in the eyeas if to say "OK, I've seen her, now let's go home", and walked into the carrier. >> >>Dulcie is a bit confused because I left with Liat in the carrier and came home with a carrier and no Liat. But she already seems to be adjusting. No crying or searching, just telling me how much she loves me. >> >>RIP my beautiful girl >> >> >> >> >> >> >>----- >>Terry, confused human companion of Liat and Dulcinea.
