You all have listed some good ones, especially the unruly children syndrom...

People that talk on their cell phones while driving. Or, who constantly answer it during dinner/lunch, etc., and chat with a friend (not an emergency call), indicating the people they are out with aren't as important as the person on the phone... People who talk loudly on it in public settings, etc...
