I currently work in a high-stress, crisis management type job. It pays the rent, has health benefits, retirement benefits, and allows me to send $ home to help my Mom with the baby, so, I am not going anywhere, but...

I have two dream jobs:

1. Own a small used book store. A friend in town owns one and would sell it to me (he's 75), but it is too risky...

2. Retire. I'd walk off the job today if I could...
