We were originally suppose to get alot of snow here in NE Indiana, but the storm moved southeast of us and we got less than an inch. We had gotten 5-6 inches last Tuesday. That was mixed with ice, so it was hazardous driving at first. Our city had used up all its supply of salt for the roads and when the latest storm was predicted, they had to go elsewhere for more salt. Luckily, they didn't need it after all. I'm not sure how they could have run out of salt, but the city must not have estimated correctly. Anyway, they were ready just in case with a new supply.
