Ok, I have a marble female, not a show cat was going to be just a pet, that just had a litter (accident) of kittens and the father is my black/silver tipped persian, DNA Confirmed, and I had a question about 2 of the kittens' colors!!! She had 5 kittens, 3 girls and 2 boys, the girls are just what I thought they would be, one spotted (like mom), one black with some silver (like dad), and the other is black with marbled silver details (perfect from both). But the question I had was the boys, who by the way are idt. twins (DNA confirmed again) (also, her 2nd set, one from first litter), They are marbled orange with white framed faces!!!! Our vet said all of the kittens were fathered by the persian, but where could the orange come from?????????????????????
