Last night my cat got out and I've been unable to find him. I've been searching for over 10 hours to no avail. I did see him at one point in the laundy room of my duplex community but he got scared and ran off into the creek. He stopped and cried to me but I could not reach him and he got scared and ran away again. I have not seen him since. What can I do? There's a very busy street beside our duplex and on the other side is the creek which goes on for miles I imagine. I've been down there but he's no where to be seen and he's not coming to me. He's terrified of people, even me in situations like this. What do I do now? Will he keep running further up/down stream? I just moved here from another state in September and he's a completely indoor cat.. will he be able to find his home? Please help, any advice is greatly appreciated. I love him more than anything/anyone in my life and I know he's very scared, cold, and wet(it's raining..) right now..
