There is a feral cat that has lived around our house for a couple/few years. I only occasionally catch a glimpse of her. She runs even hearing the car coming up the driveway! I know she has had at least one litter in our wood pile, where she hunts for chipmunks. She looks pretty healthy, what I can see of her anyway.

My question is, how to get her to be not so afraid of us? If I can't fully tame her, it would be neat to get close enough to feed her, and maybe even get her neutered.

Any suggestions?

thanks
