In Gloucester County there are a few groups that are working to help the feral cat population. One is Save the Animals Foundation in Deptford. You can find them on the internet at stafnj.org/ (856) 218-7006

They have a program called Fix your Mommy (it's free). They also have low spay and neuter program. I would suggest giving them a call.
