feral kittens

We recently caught 5 stray kittens. So far they are warming up to us pretty good and we realized that some of their stomachs are huge, almost like their pregnant. Is that normal? Also one of the kittens has something growing over its eye, we believe its infected. What would be the best way to treat her?
