How can I get the ball rolling and get my county on board the TNR program. My mom passed away june 10th and she had been feeding feral cats for 10 years. She had one cat that was tame but thanks to the humboldt utilities that trapped and took away and lord knows what with. Anyway just looking for some help and advice. there are 10 small kittens that need homes and really interested in the TNR program. We have a lot of ferals in Humboldt Tn and need that program. Any advice would be great THANKs
