If he won't eat on his own, give by syringe. If he is becoming dehydrated, ask the vet to show you how to give fluids under the skin, and how to recognize dehydration. I put FeLV positive cats on500mg Vit C twice a day, give homeopathic FeLV nosode daily, and put them on a good immune stimulant.
