It sounds like your cat has not been getting the nutrition it needs, I would check first for fleas and intestinal worms. Then I would suggest a diet of fresh raw chicken with bones. Do not feed dry food. Kittens with Feline Leukemia don't seem to grow, so you might consider having the cat checked for FeLV. If you can't get the cat to a vet right now, start with the fresh meat diet.
