I don't know why she had scar tissue in the omentum, but I suspect that adhesions there are part of the problem. You might try giving her homeopathic Thiosinaminum, but you will probably have to order this remedy as it is not one of the more common remedies. As far as her appetite, try feeding her small amounts of various meats, first raw, and if she shows no interest, then cooked, until you find something that appeals to her.
