Boost A Kitty's Immune System

Hi. I'm the "mom" to several "feral" cats that made my backyard their home. Four of them I've raised since they were about a week old. The others are more mature - perhaps up to 2 years old. I'm concerned about one of the older cats. He's been acting very "tired" lately, and for the past day or so hasn't even "roamed" away from the yard. He's been eating and drinking OK, but still I know he's not himself.

I would like to know of a "natural" way, or a "natural" product that I might be able to buy to boost ALL of my feral's immune systems. As I said, the older cats are about 2 years old - but the babes are 6 months old. Is there anything that I might be able to add to their food or water to try and keep their immune systems in tip top working condition, and that would agree with both the younger and older cats? Thanks for the replies!
