Cats are not very big on most herbs, which is where we find most immune stimulents, but the mushrooms, not having very strong flavors, might be useful.. One of the best stimulents is an extract of Agaricus blazei. You can simply open the capsules and mix the powder with the food.
It would be a good idea, though, to have the cats which are acting sick looked at, so as to be able to give specific, disease-related treatment.
