It is normal for a stool to be delayed after diarhea, and if he vomited, he probably didn't have a lot of food to pass down the intestines. If he is eating now, is not uncomfortable, no longer vomiting, he should pass a stool within 2 days. If he is going outside, watch to see if he is going there.
