Hello. I have a 12 year old tabby male who has been healthy up until the last 3 weeks. He used to ravish his food and now he barely touches it. Now if he eats any amount of food, I find it regurged onto the floor. Sometimes not fully digested either. I have to feed him special urinary tract food so he doesn't end up with a blockage again. He'll eat wet food no prob, but the dry he doesn't hardly touch anymore. He's getting thin too. He'll be seeing a vet real soon, but I need to know what these symptoms might be. One other thing, he has never had a problem with hairballs, but the hairball remedy stuff I got has the same symptoms as what my cat has and it does produce hairballs. I just don't understand why he would reduce his food intake to almost nothing all of a sudden. Thanks in advance.
